Bryan Zhou, Deputy General Manager, CIRS Europe

Mr. Bryan Zhou is Deputy General Manager and Senior Regulatory Consultant of CIRS Europe based in Dublin, Ireland. He has been working for CIRS since 2015. He has practical experience on both global chemical and cosmetic regulations including EU, UK, China, South Korea and many other Asian countries. Bryan has assisted hundreds of EU companies meet regulatory compliance requirements in different regions.

Xiang Li, Business Development Manager, CIRS Europe

Li is based in the CIRS Europe office in Dublin. He obtained his BA in Business and Law from the Technological University Dublin (Formerly DIT). Li has been living in Europe for over ten years, and has many years of experience in practical law and business law in Ireland, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and great public speaking skills to the Business Development team.

Julie Harrington, Senior Regulatory Consultant, CIRS Europe

Julie has worked in the CIRS Dublin office since 2019. She received a B.Sci. in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin. She has also worked within the pharmaceutical sector in the area of quality. Julie provides regulatory consulting services in the areas of cosmetics and industrial chemicals, drawing on her diverse scientific background.
